Our currently ongoing production of ŞENEL brand piano hinge, Turkey's largest integrated plant with an annual capacity of 6,000,000 meters. Our products are well-known in domestic and especially in foreign markets.
- Slitted Steel coils, main raw material of the hinge, are applied brass plating process in our 80 meters long pools with a special receipt.
- Thanks to this plating, the rust life of our hinges is extended.
- Our hinges are available with cross punctured holes, opposing punctured holes and without holes options.
- Uncoated, stainless and RAL series painted hinges are also manufactured according to customer demand.
- Requested special size orders are also evaluated.
Production Flow
Slitted sheet metal and drawn wire are used in the production of piano hinges.
With our 80 meter long special brass plating facility, rust-resistant and yellow colored steels are obtained.
With our automation production, 6,000,000 meters of hinges can be produced annually.
Piano hinges placed in wooden cases wrapped in oiled craft paper to protect them from water and moisture.
- Used in hinges length of 3500mm.
- 1 case contains 100 hinges.
- 1 palette contains 20 cases.
- 300 cases can be loaded in a 20' container.
This packaging is made especially in overseas shipments.
- Used in hinges length of 3500mm.
- 1 roll contains 10 hinges.
- 1 bundle (of rolls) contains 5 rolls.
- Every bundle taped/strapped from 4 different places.
This packaging is used both local and oversea shipments.
- Used in hinges length of 1750mm.
- 1 bundle contains 50 hinges.
